KM Builders is a family-owned construction company driven by three generations of dedicated home contractors. The owner of KM Builders is a 3rd generation contractor with over 25 years of experience, who grew up immersed in the construction business from a young age.
Using the construction skills he learned from both his father and grandfather - who have professional construction experience dating all the way back to 1959 - he now utilizes his extensive skills, experience, and generational construction background to give his clients the most amazing quality and high-end construction design work at the best possible price.
KM Builders was established to be a one-stop shop where clients can hire a trusted team to perform home renovations and new home construction projects featuring the highest quality of planning, design, and installation from start to finish.

Our History
Three Generations,
One Standard of Excellence
First Generation
The founder's grandfather begins building homes across Los Angeles - framing, foundation work, and finish carpentry done by hand. A craft passed down with pride.
Second Generation
The founder's father joins the trade and eventually runs his own crew, specializing in full home remodels and kitchen expansions throughout the San Fernando Valley.
Third Generation Enters the Trade
The current owner begins working in construction, learning every trade hands-on - framing, finish work, plumbing, electrical, and project management - building the expertise that would define KM Builders.
Serving All of Southern California
KM Builders completes 100+ projects a year across LA County, the San Fernando Valley, and Ventura County. Whether it's a single bathroom or a full custom home, every job receives the same level of care, professionalism, and craftsmanship.
